Bad Mama

I did not win the mother of the year award yesterday.

1. I will not be going to my oldest son's varsity soccer game tonight.
2. My middle son was late to his baritone lesson before school.
3. I fed my 18 month old a pop tart in his car seat on the way to daycare.

Angela.  Never buy another acrylic sweater for the rest of your life.  Not even if the original price tag says 89.50.  It will look like a 3 dollar piece of junk by the end of the first wearing.

Note to self

If you buy some really cute ballet flats because they seem very sensible, comfortable and will look much much better than your birkenstocks at work, bring those ugly birkenstocks to work with you to change into and give your aching feet a break at some point during the day. Your feet will hurt.

Spring in the Midwest

Can either be exhilarating or can suck...hard...today is the latter.

Why does it bother me so much?

That I saw someone who would traditionally be labeled a 'nerd'-your typical suburban skinny white guy with a cost cutters haircut in a nondescript grey domestic sedan with just one bumper sticker, and it said TRIBAL SCREAM. I dont know why this bothers me. Should it?

Lick Roller

One reason I'm a horrible mother...When my son says "we need to lick roll" an article of his clothing-I don't correct him.

Disgusting

I avoid fruit on the bottom yogurt, I find it repulsive.
